Do you send a wide variety of ice creams?
Yes! Each month you'll receive four different flavors of premium, gourmet ice cream guaranteed to please even the most serious of ice cream connoisseurs. Past selections of the Ice Cream of the Month Club have included all-time classics like Dutch Chocolate and French Vanilla as well as incredible new flavors like Banana Blueberry and Strawberry Almond Mousse and we never repeat any of our monthly selections during any 12-month period.
How large are your monthly deliveries?
Each month we feature four different, one-pint selections of incredible, hand-crafted ice cream. More than enough to share (although you may not want to)!
How are your ice creams packaged?
All of our ice creams are delivered in specialty packaging to prevent damage and to ensure fresh and safe delivery. You'll also receive our Ice Cream Lover's Newsletter with information about our monthly selections, fun ice cream facts, serving suggestions and more!
Can I choose the ice creams that I'll receive?
Part of the fun of each monthly delivery is the surprise of experiencing our latest selections for the first time. So, while you can't specify in advance what ice creams you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is sent to you only after having passed the highest standards of our taste-testing professionals.
What if I don't like one of the selections? Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!
How long are your memberships?
As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships, an Ice Cream of the Season Club with new selections each spring, summer, fall and winter, and monthly renewable memberships that keep shipping until you cancel. We also offer both monthly and every-other-month shipping so you can build the perfect gift that fits your schedule and your budget.
If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
Of course. When placing your order you'll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift announcement right from your computer for the ultimate last-minute gift.
How do you ship your products?
We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are sent by common carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.
Can you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We apologize but we're unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is only available to residential and business addresses in the 50 United States.
Do your deliveries require a signature?
No. shipments of our ice cream club do not require a signature upon delivery.
Can you ship outside the United States?
We apologize but due to the perishable and delicate nature of some of our gourmet items, we can only ship within the United States. If you're shopping for delivery to Canada, please visit our Canadian website at AmazingClubs.ca.
