What kinds of steaks will I receive with my membership?
We feature only the finest, hand-cut steaks every month. All of our selections are certified USDA Choice (or higher) and each has been carefully chosen for incredible tenderness and unbeatable flavor.
Do you send a wide variety of steaks?
When placing your order you can choose between 6oz filet mignons, 8oz boneless ribeyes, or 10oz New York strips. If you're feeling adventurous, you can even let us surprise you every month!
How is your steaks packaged?
All of our steaks are delivered fresh, never frozen, in specialty packaging with dry ice to ensure quality and safe delivery. You'll also receive our Steak Lovers Newsletter with gourmet recipes, grilling tips, serving suggestions and more!
What if I don't like one of the selections? Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!
How long are your memberships?
As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships, a Steak of the Season Club with new selections each spring, summer, fall and winter, and monthly renewable memberships that keep shipping until you cancel. We also offer both monthly and every-other-month shipping so you can build the perfect gift that fits your schedule and your budget.
If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
Of course. When placing your order you'll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift announcement right from your computer for the ultimate last-minute gift.
How do you ship your products?
We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are sent by common carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.
Can you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We apologize but we're unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is only avalaible to residential and business addresses in the 50 United States.
Can you ship outside the United States?
We apologize but due to the perishable and delicate nature of some of our gourmet items, we can only ship within the United States. If you're shopping for delivery to Canada, please visit our Canadian website at AmazingClubs.ca.
