The delivery comes in each month with a unique assortment of bacon types and flavors. The flavor profiles are delicious. The bacon normally arrived in a thick cut style. I recommend to bake the bacon versus cooking, this enhances the flavor.
Gave the bacon of the month club to my brother and sister in law last Christmas and it was very well received. The best part was hearing from them every month when their new shipment arrive.
