Really impressed so far. I've belonged to other clubs from cigar retailers before and wasn't happy. I felt they used their members to get rid of their excess and unsold inventory. Not only are the cigars great but so is the customer service. I had an issue with one of my deliveries and when I called the representative not only solved my problem but she did it quickly and efficiently. Each monthly delivery includes five new and unique cigars in a variety of lengths, gauges and styles. That's more than enough to share (even if you don't want to).

How are your cigars packaged?

All of our cigars are delivered in specially-designed packaging to prevent damage and we're one of the only cigar clubs that includes a Boveda humidity pack in every delivery guaranteeing your cigars arrive fresh and ready to enjoy every month. Can I choose the cigars that I'll receive?

Part of the fun of each monthly delivery is the surprise of experiencing our latest selections for the first time. So, while you can't specify in advance what cigars you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is sent to you only after having passed the highest standards of our tobacco professionals.

What if I don't like one of the selections? Do you offer a guarantee?

Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!

How long are your memberships?

As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships, a Cigar of the Season Club with new selections each spring, summer, fall and winter, and monthly renewable memberships that keep shipping until you cancel. We also offer both monthly and every-other-month shipping so you can build the perfect gift that fits your schedule and your budget.

If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?

Of course. When placing your order you'll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift announcement right from your computer for the ultimate last-minute gift.

How do you ship your products?

We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are sent by common carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.

Can you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We apologize but we're unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is only available to residential and business addresses in the 50 United States.

Do your deliveries require a signature?

No. Shipments of our cigar club do not require a signature upon delivery.

Can you ship outside the United States?

We apologize but due to the perishable and delicate nature of some of our gourmet items, we can only ship within the United States. If you're shopping for delivery to Canada, please visit our Canadian website at AmazingClubs.ca.
