Beautiful & Fragrant

I bought a year's club with the idea of re-gifting them. Wow what a hit! The candles are big, beautiful - typically one solid color, one 'mottled' (like a stained glass lamp or a trifle). The fragrances are pleasantly strong. Our house/dog sitter was the recipient of 3 months & hasn't stopped thanking us! I'm including the others in gift baskets for family & keeping a couple of the pretty 'mottled' ones for myself.

This was a retirement gift last year. The candles are very nice. Where I live it gets very hot in the summer and I did have a problem where one of my candles arrived deformed after UPS left the box sitting in the direct sunlight on a 100 degree day. I called the company and they extended my membership an extra month for free so I'm satisfied.

It may be hard to imagine getting really excited about candles, but I am proof that it's possible. This was a gift for my sister-in-law who just moved into a new house. We figured she could use a little accessorizing for the new place ordered a gift club for her. Not only did she appreciate the candles but she actually invited us over to see them! I'm no candle expert, but they looked great in her living room. I'd definitely order from these guys again.

Each monthly shipment includes either two pillar candles (one standard, 6-inch pillar and one large 9-inch pillar) or two premium glass jar candles (each between 9 and 13 ounces) - all made with premium waxes and fragrances.

How are your candles packaged?

All of our candles are delivered in specialty packaging to prevent damage and to ensure safe delivery. You'll also receive our Candle Lover's Newsletter with information about our monthly selections, fun candle facts, profiles of our candlemakers, and more!

Can I choose the candles that I'll receive?

Part of the fun of each monthly delivery is the surprise of experiencing our latest selections for the first time. So, while you can't specify in advance what candles you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is sent to you only after having passed the highest standards of our gift-giving professionals.

What if I don't like one of the selections? Do you offer a guarantee?

Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!

How long are your memberships?

As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships, a Candle of the Season Club with new selections each spring, summer, fall and winter, and monthly renewable memberships that keep shipping until you cancel. We also offer both monthly and every-other-month shipping so you can build the perfect gift that fits your schedule and your budget.

If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?

Of course. When placing your order you'll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift announcement right from your computer for the ultimate last-minute gift.

How do you ship your products?

We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are sent by common carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.

Can you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We apologize but we're unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is only available to residential and business addresses in the 50 United States.

Do your deliveries require a signature?

No. Shipments of our candle club do not require a signature upon delivery.

Can you ship outside the United States?

We apologize but due to the perishable and delicate nature of some of our gourmet items, we can only ship within the United States. If you're shopping for delivery to Canada, please visit our Canadian website at AmazingClubs.ca.
