What kinds of coffees will I receive with my membership?

We offer only limited-availability, 100% Arabica bean coffee from specialty coffee roasters around the world. All of our coffees are produced in only limited quantities and each monthly selection has met the highest standards of our gourmet professionals. You can choose to receive either whole bean or freshly ground coffee.

Do you send a wide variety of coffees?

Yes! Each month we'll send two different varieties of premium coffees exclusively selected for our members for their flavor, aroma, and quality roasting. We pride ourselves in delivering a wide variety of coffees from around the world guaranteed to please even the most serious of coffee connoisseurs.

Do you offer flavored or decaffeinated coffee?

All of our coffees are flavored only by the premium blending of 100% Arabica beans. We do not add artificial flavors or sweeteners to disguise the flavor of our coffee. None of our premium coffees are available decaffeinated.

How large are your monthly deliveries?

Each monthly delivery includes two different varieties weighing at least 12 ounces. That's more than 60 cups of coffee - more than enough to share (even if you don't want to).

How are your coffees packaged?

All of our coffees are delivered in specially-designed, air-tight packaging to prevent damage and to guarantee fresh and safe delivery. You'll also receive our Coffee Lover's Newsletter with information about our monthly selections, fun coffee facts, brewing recommendatons, and more!

Can I choose the coffees that I'll receive?

Part of the fun of each monthly delivery is the surprise of experiencing our latest selections for the first time. So, while you can't specify in advance what coffees you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is sent to you only after having passed the highest standards of our gourmet professionals.

What if I don't like one of the selections? Do you offer a guarantee?

Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!

How long are your memberships?

As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships, a Coffee of the Season Club with new selections each spring, summer, fall and winter, and monthly renewable memberships that keep shipping until you cancel. We also offer both monthly and every-other-month shipping so you can build the perfect gift that fits your schedule and your budget.

If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?

Of course. When placing your order you'll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift announcement right from your computer for the ultimate last-minute gift.

How do you ship your products?

We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are sent by common carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.

Can you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We apologize but we're unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is only available to residential and business addresses in the 50 United States.

Do your deliveries require a signature?

No. Shipments of our coffee club do not require a signature upon delivery.

Can you ship outside the United States?

We apologize but due to the perishable and delicate nature of some of our gourmet items, we can only ship within the United States. If you're shopping for delivery to Canada, please visit our Canadian website at AmazingClubs.ca.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
